Lightly used with scuffs to the corners and a few spots as pointed out in pics but not noticeable unless inspected very closely(Could probably be cleaned I have not tried). The sides and inside lining are spotless. Few tiny white Knicks to piping on the bottom also that aren't noticeable, look like glare at first. 13 x 9.5 x 4

After paying by credit card or PayPal, your order will be in Pending Status. We have processed the package and sent it to the warehouse for shipping. The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information, and once we receive it, we will update your order status to "Shipped", this will only takes 12-24 hours.
At this point your order has been shipped and you have been given a tracking number. If you are located in the US, it will take 5-7 business days to arrive. If you are located elsewhere, the national carrier in your country may take more time. It usually takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive, but it highly depends on the courier.
Return policy & Exchanges
Before you can enjoy the easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us and provide a return address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition and must not be worn, altered or laundered. We assure you the correct order package. So if the correct items are returned for a refund: All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover shipping costs for returning or exchanging the correct order package, you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs. Also, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance to protect yourself as we are not responsible for lost shipments. All returned items should be sent to the shipping address we emailed to you.
